ATES spol. s r.o., a limited-liability company, boasts of almost 20 years of experience in the automation of production and storage as applied in a range of different industries. Though limited in size, the firm relies on quality personnel and thanks to their expertise it can offer comprehensive services, from fact-finding talks through solution suggestions, design and assembly up to the post-guarantee servicing of all pieces of equipment supplied. The company is headquartered at the "heart of Moravian Wallachia", namely in the town of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm just below the popular statue of the Radegast god..
At first the three owners of the company strived to provide services aimed at transportation and load handling technology, but the portfolio was gradually enriched by also other products. At present the principle services encompass the manufacture of all types of conveyers (save for the screw conveyers), including automated conveyer lines customized to whatever you may need. Our conveyers are of modular design and made of anodized aluminum sections (just like their accessories) - that is why you can put together your own aluminum structure or cover your machines. Naturally, the structural parts of the conveyers are made of surface-finished steel or stainless steel.
In case you find the classical belt, roller bed, segmented, modular and other types of conveyers rather bulky for your premises, you may opt for an overhead conveyer, a device suspended from the ceiling or supported on its own structure. We offer both classical chain-driven "overheads" and automated systems with intelligent trolleys and automatically switched points able to build a path along the conveyer track (consisting of suspended rails) so that the trolleys can reach their preset destinations.
If you seek more than just a method of transportation for your parts, ask us to manufacture a piece of special-purpose equipment or a dedicated machine. Such equipment or machine would shorten the operation times, make the assembly jobs easier and of better quality and save considerable costs.

Do you have a multitude of parts needed to be kept in store and in-detail recorded, with their quantities and movements fully traced and the goods removed from storage or put into storage faster, as is particularly true of the "instantaneous goods"? In such a case you will find useful our automated shelf stacker, a system capable of locating your parts for putting in or taking out of shelves several times faster than the best oriented warehouse keeper. Software delivered with the stacker can be configured to administer the inventories, to manage the related shipping packages, and it will offer you a range of assessment reports.
When taken out of the stacker system shelves, your parts will have to be transported where required. In this phase you can benefit from our automated transporter, a robotized and unmanned device able to move the parts automatically to pre-selected or just confirmed destinations.
